You'd have to ask her. Maybe she's flirting as a way of covering herself in case you came flat out and said ';I'm not interested, I don't find you attractive, go away.'; then she could say, I'm only teasing!'; to hide her hurt feelings. Lots of people do this.

Sometimes we women just flirt and say things, but if we are really interested in you and are shy or something like that, then we will flirt and do so until you ask us out. I would rather flirt with a guy that I like until they ask me out if I am really interested in him. I find that real flattering.
