Also, if he backs off when his wife is around, that's another sign to get worried.

b/c SOME men think it's harmless but i don't think they'd like it if a guy was hitting on his wife or gf. but don't blame it all on the guys now. in today's society women could care less if a man is married today. they actively go after married men these days so what is a guy to do. but your boss sounds like a jerk. trust me his wife knows what kind of guy she has.
Your boss is a pig. He is also on the razor's edge of sexual harassment if the woman is documenting everything he says. This does not belong in the office. In any situation where one person has power over the other, there are grounds for harassment. That he continues to do this indicates she replies, perhaps. Where there is smoke, there is fire -- nothing may have happened yet, but that doesn't mean it won't.
They are dogs, bow-wow. Not all of them though. When they flirt with everyone else it is not for real.
