My married boss constantly flirts with women, especially this attractive woman at the office. How do you know if he's just doing it for fun, or if there's something more? How would you be able to tell the difference?Why do guys flirt with girls, when they already have a girlfriend or are married?
Guys dot that because they are greedy jerks! Your boss certainly needs to be careful. He can get caught up in a sexual harassment case. Some women dont mind, but some do. He needs to watch it. Maybe he just feels kinda trapped. He may just want to sit back and be his ';normal'; self. Thats what men do. They sit back and flirt. They do it constantly. If he is doing it for fun,he probably wont do it to often. But if its something more, he might do it constantly. Maybe you should just ask him. What have you got to loose? [besides ur job.lol] [probably not a good idea] just do what you thing is best.

some guys cant get enough and ,aybe he wants to see if he still got it or maybe he wants out of his marriage and cant do that right now
How to tell the difference is if they talk for really long and your boss ignores important stuff also i think the reason why they flirt is because they wanna seem like they can still get women even though they are already taken i think the reason for this is because they wan to show their friends that they can still get women even though they are taken or he is having his mid life crisis thats what happened with my parents
You can't tell, that's the thing. Some men just think they're slick. His wife will find out soon enough.
