I agree with bill, you should first go to some place like a lesbian bar were you know the girls are all into girls as well to avoid any embarrassing situation that can make you uneasy with flirting with women. Even if the place were one is located a distance away, it's worth it to get you comfortable with doing it instead of feeling completely clueless. Once you are used to it and are interested in a girl who isn't for sure bi/lesbian, flirt like you would with a guy except maybe a little lighter. The girl probably won't assume your hitting on her and probably think your just making conversation so as the conversation goes on be a little more obvious, once she catches on she my be open to the idea, at least she will most likely be more polite about turning you down then if you were to just go up and totally catch her off guard.How does a woman flirt with other women?
Try to learn some info on them 1st.then when u have conversations with her make good eye contact and have a smooth voice.Make it feel like your confortableJust make the conversation interesting for you both.Focus on asking her questions, but if she asks you, dont be affraid to answer. BUT most important, the eye contact. for real..anytime both of your eyes are just stuck to one another. This has happend for me many times. Hahaa.

It isn't how you flirt with them, it is who you choose to flirt with. Flirt the same way you would with a guy that you are into, just make sure that they are into chick or at least not opposed to the idea of flirting with another girl.
Go to a lesbian bar, or other place where lesbians hang out.

just make sure you know they are ino girls too
