If he's a real man, he wouldn't have to flirt with you. On the other hand, he would come up to you and ask you are you interested in him or something on pertaining to that subject. Also, any man who flirts, might be in a relationship with another partner or unhappy with their mate. So watch out for signs of that, you don't need drama.
I think it depends on the man, some cheat, some don't. And the ones who cheat, they wait until they have th opprtunity - if the woman they cheat with gives in early, they will cheat right away, if she gives in later, he will wait and cheat with her whenever she is ready.
