LGBT......Why do some 'straight' women flirt with their female friends?

I'm trying to understand why do some so-called straight women flirt with their female friends if they do not want a relationship?





What do they get out of it?





How could it really be fun if you're not attracted to the person?LGBT......Why do some 'straight' women flirt with their female friends?
Well, after all the thought and consideration I have put into sexuality in recent months - I have come to this conclusion:





Kinsey was more correct them many people give him credit for. Sexuality is extremely fluid. Depending upon many outside factors, your age, your social status, ect.ect.





Because sexuality is fluid many women think about it and may flirt back. When confronted by it they retreat back into their cocoon of ';straightness';. It's lack of courage and afraid of being different that stops many people from exploring sexuality further. Or their ability to maintain a fantasy as just that - a fantasy.LGBT......Why do some 'straight' women flirt with their female friends?
well, im not straigt, but i still flirt with my straight friends and mean nothing of it. we just do it as a joking thing. we are reeeaallyyy close and really good friends, so we are compleatly comforable with that. but for us, its fun to do it in public, especially at school, because of the way that it obviously gets some of the straight boys who are watching all flustered. guys always think lesbians are hot. and when they know us, and how we like to act, ( i am very open on sexual manners, and will willingly talk about sex, whnever.) and they just think its hot. they all look our way and blush, and then we laugh. its like they know we are joking and goofing around, but they cant help but hope. becasuse they know it would be hot. the best is when my girlfriend and i do it, because we arent ';out'; yet. so we have no boundries. we will go all out, and no one knows we are being serious. so the girls still think we are joking like we do with the others, and the guys still love to watch.
Well me and my best friend always joke around and say things to each other, even though we have boyfriends, but yeah I probably not the straighest girl to answer that :P
thats a good question, somtimes I see the same problem. I mean if they want to flirt like they do they should be ready to strip naked and make love.
For fun. Some straight guys do this too. Sometimes it's to make the other person uncomfortable and back out first.
because deep down they crave the attention, its very reassuring to know that you can have both if you wanted
